Wildly confident couple invites President Obama into their wedding party

Never outshine the bride.

Let this be a lesson in confidence: a couple was brave enough to invite President Barack Obama into their wedding party, with no fear that he'd steal their thunder.

On Saturday in Jacksonville, Florida, one of the president's personal aides and close friend Marvin Nicholson married Helen Pajcic and bravely had the Commander-in-chief stand behind him as one of his groomsmen.

Beyond the groom's current employment, glowing bride Pajcic also briefly worked in the president's administration, and the couple worked together on his 2008 campaign, The Washington Post reported.

If it wasn't brave enough to have the leader of the free world standing on one side of your wedding party to challenge their guests' focus, the inspirationally self-assured pair also had another big name stand in between them.

Secretary of State John Kerry officiated the nuptials.

Marvin Nicholson and Helen Pajcic, you have officially redefined #ConfidenceGoals.
