You'll get the standard metrics that we've come to expect with fitness trackers like step count, sleep scores, and heart rate information. But the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 also comes with less common bonus features like sleep apnea detection function, which can help alert you if you have moderate to severe sleep apnea.
