As professionals, we sometimes get too caught up in climbing our way up the corporate ladder that we rarely take the time to seek opportunities on to the left or right of us.

Career pivoting is certainly not for the faint-hearted, nor the weak-minded, but it can be the proper choice to test your strengths and weaknesses in a different skill set. Sometimes, when looking for a way to transition to the position you really want to be in, you need to set aside the money, bills, anxiety and uncertainty to pivot your way to the position you truly want.

Join us Wednesday, Aug. 10 at 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST for our next #BizChats Twitter chat, where we’ll be discussing how to pivot your way to a new career professionally.
