Spotify releases the 'Queer Eye' men's playlists to ring in the new season
You can now travel deep into the psyche of the Queer Eye guys -- all by examining their Spotify playlists.
To celebrate Pride month and the show's new season, Spotify has released a new plug-in that allows users to tune into their favorite Queer Eye characters' playlists.
If we can't get them to redesign our kitchen, at least we can have them curate our jogging mixes.
"Which of the fab five do you listen like?" the plug-in asks.
The results shouldn't be surprising. Antoni shares some of my favorite queer lady tastes, including Robyn, Le Tigre, Tegan and Sara. He also listens to Macklemore, which is terrible but affirming, because it's wonderful to see Antoni have a flaw.

Tan is into moody "ethereal" music and R&B, Jonathan goes for classical gay music (RuPaul and Madonna), Karamo rocks Pride party starters, and Bobby listens to Jewel -- bless his heart.
For season 2, the 'Queer Eye' guys will be making over not just straight men but women and trans men as well. It's a welcome development for a show that has done surprisingly so much to push the conversation forward.
Queer Eye is scheduled to be released June 15th. Until then, we'll all be surviving on old episodes and cheesy-yet-endearing promotional tie-ins.
