This is not a drill: Rainbow cheese toasties have landed in London
LONDON -- Until now, they've been a distant dream for people in the capital.
While rainbow cheese toasties have been delighting diners in Hong Kong -- and vicarious foodies on Instagram -- for some time, they've not made their way to London.

Grill My Cheese, a street food stall that specialises in all things cheesy and toasty, created their own version of 2016's greatest invention this week to celebrate their birthday, and have been selling them all lunchtime on Leather Lane.
The toastie chefs teased the creation, which packs in beetroot, rocket, onion, goat cheese and truffle oil, on Twitter ahead of the limited run.

Their Instagram page, meanwhile, offered another look at the creation in all its glory.
Nishma from Grill My Cheese explained to Mashable how the colour was created:
"We tried to use as much natural colouring as possible. The green and pink / red were achieved using rocket and beetroot respectively. The blue was a caramelised onion with a touch of added colouring."
Of course, it wasn't long before the London version hit Instagram, prompting fits of jealous rage from anyone working too far away from the end of the cheesy rainbow.
