The video, initially posted by real estate agency LJ Hooker Bankstown, features a significant amount of choreographed dancing and jumping on benchtops. Why? Beats us.

Real estate agent Sam Nader told The Guardian that he does videos when he sells a property, and that it works.
"Video gets attraction to the property, and the whole point of real estate is to get as many eyes as possible on the property," he told the publication. "It was supposed to be funny. Whether it’s funny, it’s rude or its sexy, every video I do is different."
