Reese Witherspoon mourns the loss of her 'Legally Blonde' canine costar

Reese Witherspoon shared a touching Instagram tribute today to her co-star, Moonie, who played the adorable Bruiser Woods in Legally Blonde

"He was a sweet little chihauau, who was very loved," wrote Witherspoon. "I will never forget all the days we spent together...I'm sure his tail is wagging in the sky."

The pup, who played the cutest legal aid that ever existed in 2001, lived to be eighteen-years-old. His trainer, Sue Chipperton, shared her own tribute on Instagram. Bruiser co-starred in the sequel, Red, White, & Blonde, as well. 

Moonie will be remembered for his loyalty.
