As Eater reports, leaked photos of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup filled with Reese's Pieces appeared online last week. In the time since, Reese's has been teasing illustrations of the product on social media alongside the hashtag #Cupfusion

A spokesperson for Hershey's tells Mashable that the leaked photos have stirred up speculation about a potential upcoming product.

"In response, Reese’s launched a #Cupfusion social campaign that teases the validity of the rumors and their Facebook and Twitter feeds have been flooded with thousands of comments from the brand’s most loyal fans, begging for the rumors to be true.

Yeah, a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup featuring Reese's Pieces seems forthcoming has been officially announced by the company May 12.

They posted a short video on their Facebook page, confirming the leaks and teased speculation.

And just went can you stuff your face with this sugar-filled mashup? Reese's commented on the video saying that retailers nationwide will sell the product, which comes in a two pack or king-sized four pack, in July.
