It's true: Rick Astley really is never gonna give us up.

His new album, 50, just hit number one on the UK album charts. Could it soon be doing the same thing in the United States?

If you don't remember, Astley is most famous for his 1988 hit, "Never Gonna Give You Up." The catchy track just happens to be the inspiration for one of the Internet's oldest and most beloved memes, rickrolling.

Astley's new album is his first in over a decade. So far, it has beaten out some stiff competition, including offerings from Paul McCartney and Tom Odell.

This is the first time Astley's smooth baritone has dominated the UK singles charts.

Listen to the song "Angels on My Side" from his new album and get ready to be transported back to a simpler time. Astley's voice is just as beautiful as it was 30 years ago.

Here's to Astley's come back. We believe in you, Rick.
