Leslie Jones live-tweeted the first day of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday, and in the process demonstrated why we're all so lucky to have her back on social media.

It was a long day, and there are a lot of tweets. Instead of laying them all out here, we've plucked a couple of highlights that Jones should definitely keep for her sports broadcaster reel.

If you want the facts and figures, look elsewhere. Jones' commentary is all about heart. And screaming profanities at the TV.
