House of Cards actress Robin Wright has opened up about her relationship with Kevin Spacey during an interview on TODAY, ahead of the Netflix show's final season.

Wright, whose character Claire Underwood is married to Spacey's character in the show, said she knew Spacey himself "between action and cut" -- but their relationship apparently didn't go much beyond that.

"Kevin and I knew each other between action and cut, and in between setups where we would giggle," she says in the clip above, which was released on Sunday night ahead of the full interview. "I didn't really-- I didn't know the man. I knew the incredible craftsman that he is."

Production of the sixth season of House of Cards was put on hold last October, following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct against Spacey.

The sixth season, which will follow Wright's character, will not feature Spacey.

The full interview with Wright will be shown on the TODAY show on Monday.
