Murderous K-2SO droid is our hero in new 'Rogue One' trailer
C-3PO just clutched his pearls.
A new trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story released late Friday night shows us more of the K-2SO droid that will apparently aid our heroes — and he's definitely got a bit more bloodlust than his companions from the original trilogy.
Case in point: This moment where he immolates a number of Imperial stormtroopers...
He's also kind of sassy. "I'll be there for you — the captain said I had to," he says in response to a rallying cry from the assassin Baze Malbus.
Charming!
Rogue One is out Dec. 16, and tickets go on sale this Monday.
