After the Australian publication New Idea announced on their front cover that actor Russell Crowe and singer Delta Goodrem were "together at last," the celebrities felt the magazine was due a good rinsing.

But Crowe seemed at least a little miffed as well as amused.

In fact the related article does NOT claim that Crowe and Goodrem are romantically involved. It actually talks about a "hot new rumour" that Russell Crowe could replace Seal as a coach on The Voice.

Mashable was unable to reach New Idea for comment.

As well as being surprised to learn that the news about Crowe and Goodrem wasn't what it seemed like on the cover, people were shocked to see another piece of major news.
