This announcement follows the news that cast members Jay Pharoah, Taran Killam and Jon Rudnitsky will not be returning to the show this fall.

NBC has not yet commented as to what this means for last season's co-head writers Rob Klein and Bryan Tucker, or whether the show will be hiring anyone to replace Schneider and Kelly.

Schneider and Kelly are behind some of the shows funniest sketches in recent years, including "Back Home Ballers" and "Bern Your Enthusiasm." More highlights from the pair are below. Get excited.
