With Kristen Wiig absent, the red carpet parade at the premiere of Sony's raunchy animated comedy Sausage Party was, well, a bit of a sausage party itself, but oh what a party it was.

Mashable caught up with stars Seth Rogen (hero hot dog Frank), Danny McBride (Honey Mustard), Michael Cera (girthy hot dog Barry) and David Krumholtz (Lavash), who revealed their favorite snacks to combat the dreaded "munchies."

"I have a 4-year-old son, so there's a lot of Pirate's Booty around that I tend to get into," said McBride, who also confessed his least favorite food. "Cooked carrots are like my kryptonite. I hate them. They're the grossest."

Cera said he loves "tortilla chips with salsa," while Krumholtz reveals he goes "straight for fried chicken." Rogen, for his part, said he doesn't really get "the munchies" anymore. "I just drink carbonated water so I don't weigh 900 pounds."

The Party people also engaged in the age-old debate about hamburgers vs. hot dogs. "I like a hamburger, even though the movie is called Sausage Party and it's a slight betrayal," said Cera. "Burgers, easy, but Burger Party just doesn't sound as good," added Rogen.

Meanwhile, the group had some strong words of advice for parents who mistakenly bring their children to see the filthy R-rated animated movie.

"Get ready to pay for some family counseling and apologize for the next 25 years," joked Krumholtz. Rogen went even further, saying "you guys fucked up" before breaking into his trademark laugh.

Rogen, who produced and co-wrote Sausage Party with, among others, Evan Goldberg, said it was "a real labor of love for us."

The film hits theaters Thursday night and currently boasts a 88% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
