The world is a stressful place right now. A lot of the news and online chatter you consume can feel overwhelmingly negative, which is why it's so important to seek out little pick-me-ups in our daily lives.

Whether you take a relaxing walk, binge-watch a mindless form of entertainment like Hot Ones, treat yourself to lunch before noon, or buy a fun new shower curtain, making efforts to boost your mood throughout the day can be a real game-changer.

If you're looking to start small, I highly suggest following some uplifting accounts on Twitter to help brighten your dismal timelines. A favorite of mine is John Krasinski's Some Good News Twitter account, but another delightful Twitter presence is an actor whose talents I believe too many people are sleeping on: Scott Evans.

If Scott's last name looks familiar, that's because you definitely know his older brother, Chris — the guy who played Captain America and wore the hell out of that sweater in Knives Out. But you may also know Scott from his roles on television shows and movies like One Life To Live, Almost Love, and of course, the iconic Grace and Frankie.

I started following Scott on Twitter years ago — admittedly after he shared an adorable video of Chris — but to this day his account remains a constant source of joy.

Scott doesn't tweet very frequently, but when he does his humor and deep love for his brother cut through the noise on my timeline. During this chaotic time especially, I consider him an essential follow.

If you do wind up smashing the follow button on Scott, here are some things you have to look forward to.

Wholesome, feel-good tweets

The thing about Scott is, I want to be his best friend. He's the kind of guy who shares videos of picturesque falling snow just "to hopefully brighten your day," but he's also funny. Why isn't everyone capable of doing both things?

Behind-the-scenes Chris content

Those of you who aren't familiar with Scott likely clicked on this article because you're fans of Chris. If that's the case, it's all the more reason the follow Scott.

The 36-year-old actor shares the greatest videos of his older brother (and Dodger) on Twitter. I'm talking stuff you're truly not going to see anywhere else — like footage of him flipping a spoon into a glass at Disney World while "Cupid Shuffle" plays in the background, or taking the stage at the Golden Globes.

The two brothers also appear to be quarantining together, and from the looks of things they're having quite the bonding sesh.

A delightful amount of genuine brotherly love

If your heart grew three sizes the day you watched that clip of Chris and Scott playing "Know Your Bro" on The Tonight Show, you're going to want to follow Scott. His account gives a glimpse at just how close he and Chris are in real life, and you can't help but melt over how seriously he takes his "personal hype man" duties.

As far as I'm concerned, the other Hollywood brothers have nothing on the Evans boys, and it's time their relationship starts getting the appreciation it deserves.
