This is perfection.

LONDON -- There are probably many, many brilliant exchanges that have taken place between bosses and employees asking for last-minute sick days, but this has to be one of the best.

On Sunday, Mark McLelland from Glasgow, Scotland, messaged his boss to ask if he could take the day off.

The exchange -- which he screen-grabbed and shared on Twitter -- has since been shared over 7,000 times.

Outstanding.

Unless McLelland works in stand-up or on some kind of comedy show, his boss is clearly being wasted.
