You need this, America.

If you find yourself so riddled with anxiety over tonight's election results that you're aimlessly walking the streets of New York City, why not head to 53rd and Broadway?

On that very street corner in Manhattan, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert kindly set up a screaming booth, in which passersby can pop in for a returns update and a quick scream.

Colbert is currently live streaming the booth on Facebook.

The show has been sharing gifs of participants taking advantage of the booth.

One dude also apparently got stuck in the booth's depths.

If you're nowhere near midtown Manhattan but feel the need to use a screaming booth, here are some ideas for fashioning one at home:

- Scream into your pillow.

- Drive to an open field and scream until the birds dramatically fly all around you.

- Call your ex and scream at him.

- Dump the tortilla chips out of the party-sized bowl you're snacking from and scream into the bowl.

- Or fill your mouth with chips and then scream.

- Just go onto the street and scream. People will understand what it's about.
