In a fun twist of events, the kid who told a Fox News reporter "screw our president" at a Washington D.C. protest is actor and comedian Drew Carey's son.

The clip -- first broadcast on Jan. 19, the evening before President Donald Trump's inauguration --- shows 11-year-old Connor taking credit for starting a small fire at the D.C. protest before sharing his thoughts on the then-incoming president.

On Thursday, TMZ reported the connection between Connor and Carey, reporting that the comedian and his wife were upset with the way their son expressed himself on television. The celebrity gossip site says Connor -- who apparently got caught up in the spirit of the protest -- received a firm talking to from his parents.
