A seagull standing on top of a seagull is another one of nature's oddities
Nature throws up plenty of weird stuff, but sometimes they're so random you're just not sure what to think.
It's especially true when looking at this photo of a seagull, which is standing on top of another seagull, photographed in Sydney, Australia. Or could it be a very tidy Photoshop job?
A photo of the sight was posted to the 'Midlyinteresting' subreddit Sunday by user dsaaddons, leaving the internet to figure out what on earth is going on.

Perhaps they're hoping to pose as humans in order to score themselves some chips? Or they've decided that a life of being seagulls is not for them anymore? Well, we guess all they need is a trenchcoat.
Richard Major, a principal research scientist in terrestrial research at the Australian Museum, told Mashable Australia that these birds might be, um, trying to get it on.
"They don't look too enthusiastic, but it's hard to tell what happens next from a still. It is most likely to be a preliminary to copulation or an attempt at such," he said.
Or perhaps it's just another sign that the seagulls are slowly becoming more intelligent and are ever closer to taking over the world. Dun dun duuun.
