Sean Spicer mistakenly announced Donald Trump as the new HUD secretary
On Thursday's installment of "Spice World," White House press secretary Sean Spicer sent out a tweet mistakenly announcing that Donald Trump -- the current U.S. president -- was confirmed as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

The swiftly-deleted tweet was the latest in a series of Spicer-related technology mishaps, including his extremely public Venmo profile, constant leaks, that time he may have tweeted out his password, his inability to hide his public WHOIS data and his previous gig as the White House Easter Bunny. OK, that last one wasn't a technology mishap, but we had to remind you.

Of course, Trump is not the HUD secretary (as far as we know). That position indeed went to Carson, who was confirmed by the Senate on Thursday.
And, hey, Twitter gaffes happen to the best of us -- even the primary spokesperson for the executive branch of our government!
