Selma Blair's erratic behavior on a flight was reportedly so severe that she had to be removed on a stretcher and taken to the hospital.

The actress was flying from Cancun to Los Angeles with her four-year-old son when, according to People, she began to have a meltdown that passengers believe was induced by a combination of wine and medication.

"It looks like she had taken a combination of prescription medication with alcohol," a source told People. "We don't know what sort of prescription medications."

TMZ reports that witnesses on the plane stated that Blair began crying and expressing fear regarding an unknown man, saying "He burns my private parts. He won't let me eat or drink. He beats me. He's going to kill me."

Nurses on board tended to Blair and reportedly found pills on her person.

Blair posted a sweet Instagram with her son, Arthur Saint, several days ago as the pair headed off to Cancun, where they were celebrating Father's Day with her ex and Arthur's dad, fashion designer Jason Bleick.

Bleick Instagrammed as the family waited to take off on their way home on Monday.

Blair recently played Kris Jenner in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

Mashable has reached out to representatives for Delta and Blair, who declined to comment.
