Black Bolt is an absolute banger of a set to end the Scarlet and Violet era. It has chase cards worth over $400 in Victini ex and Zakrom ex Black White Rares, which is pushing secondary market values of anything Black Bolt slightly above it's twin set, White Flare. So when TCGplayer has the Black Bolt Binder Collection for $5.94 less than Amazon at $50, it's a good idea to snap it up.

Whilst the Black White Rares are exclusive to Black Bolt and White Flare, it's setting the trend for the next era of Mega Evolutions and it's first expansion, Phantasmal Flames. I'm talking about the twin set trend with Mega Lucario ex and Mega Gardevoir ex heading up Mega Evolution, lots of Illustration Rares and the gold rares having a similar layout and design of Black White Rares, but obviously in gold.

Black Bolt and White Flare are massive sets, especially with every Pokémon joining in from Unova and every one having it's own Illustration Rare or Secret Art Rare. There's also the Pokéball and Masterball rares padding the set out significantly, with means catching those top-end chase cards is likely to take a tone of booster packs to pull off.

If you don't fancy taking the risk and likely spending more on booster packs to get them, here's the top chase cards from Black Bolt and White Flare in price order:
