Corporate recruitment event is a real-life episode of 'The Office' and it's so cringe-y

Nothing gets perspective job applicants more excited about tax and consulting services like a group singalong!!!

PricewaterhouseCoopers has a campus program called Elevate for "high-achieving college students interested in learning about a fast-paced career in the professional services industry." Basically, they're trying to convince college students to apply for an internship or employment when they graduate.

Sounds exciting, right?

Well, a video shot at one of their events shows just what goes down, and it's as cringe-y as you'd expect.

Yes, the event staff comprised mostly of white women did a "shabooya roll call" chant, sending the room of perspective employees into full-blown embarrassment mode.

If you remember, The Office tackled this exact cringe-filled chant appropriated into corporate culture, except they were mocking it and PwC seems pretty serious.
