Shark bite victim taken to hospital with shark attached to her arm
This shark does not understand the concept of catch and release.
A 23-year-old woman was brought to the hospital in Boca Raton, Florida on Sunday after a 2-foot-long nurse shark bit her arm and refused to let go.

According to the Sun Sentinel, the shark was killed before rescue workers arrived, but they were unable to safely remove the shark from the woman's arm.
"I have never seen anything like it. Never even heard of anything like this," Ocean Rescue Capt. Clint Tracy told the Sun Sentinel.
The woman was transported to Boca Regional Hospital with the shark still attached to her arm. She was in stable condition.
Although this shark was small, nurse sharks can grow up to 14-feet-long, and their mouths are filled with thousands of tiny serrated teeth.
According to National Geographic, nurse sharks "will bite defensively if stepped on or bothered by divers who assume they’re docile."
