While there's no hint that this sheriff was inspired by Bruce Willis' character in Die Hard, he certainly is having a "yippee-ki-yay" moment as his friend lassoes a cow from the hood of his moving car.

Sheriff Monte Belew of Henry County, Tennessee, uploaded a Facebook video Tuesday in which his "ole buddy David Bevill" can be seen riding on the front of the sheriff's car, trying to rope a rogue calf who's trotting down the highway.

And "rope him" he did. Because he's cowboy as AF.

Belew shared the video he recorded behind the wheel with his 5,000 Facebook followers, captioning it "Hats off to my ole buddy David Bevill!! We had a calf running down Hwy 79 and he came & helped us..Bevill rode on the front of my car & roped the calf!!"

It's truly a sight to behold. Especially when Belew sees that Bevill has successfully captured the calf, laughing and saying, "Tie him to the front of my car!"

The cheeky bovine was successfully returned to his owner, according to the Paris Post Intelligencer.

Meanwhile, Belew's video has been viewed millions of times. After all, it's not every day you see a real-life cowboy in action.

They sure do make some entertaining content in those parts.
