Google kicks off event with 'Silicon Valley' skit

The guys from Pied Piper helped kick off Google's big Tuesday event.

The major hardware launch -- eagerly anticipated thanks to expectations that Google would be revealing its iPhone competitor -- was kicked off by a skit featuring two characters from HBO's Silicon Valley.

Actors Martin Starr and Kumail Nanjiani resumed their engineer characters from the show to exchange some jabs about Google's event.
