So much talent.

Whenever a tweet contains the words "gonna do a thread of my parrot", you know it's likely to contain some good content. Especially when it's been retweeted 8000 times.

Well, good news: on Saturday, Twitter user @katielouis6 started just such a thread about her parrot Barney. And boy, did it deliver.

From festive singing to casual conversation, here are just some of Barney's many talents...

Sound effects.

Dancing.

Dancing and singing.

Strange noises and head waggling.

Counting.

Singing "Jingle Bells".

Making conversation.

Festive dancing.

Asking questions.

And, perhaps most importantly of all, attempting to sing the SpongeBob Squarepants theme tune.

There are even more over on Katie's Twitter account.

That is one truly talented parrot.
