This average-looking house has a giant skate ramp inside
LONDON -- Most property wish lists are pretty straightforward when it comes to house-hunting.
Ensuite bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and a cute garden are all pretty run-of-the-mill. That is, until now.
This house -- currently up for sale in Terrington St Clement in Norfolk, UK -- just upped the ante in the property stakes with an enormous skate ramp room.

According to the listing, the property is a converted village hall and former village youth club.
"The current owner uses part of the property [as] his home and the front half of the building which was the main hall has been converted into a skate bowl," reads the listing.
Skateboarding fanatics better get saving now, though; the three-bedroom end-of-terrace house is on the market for £200,000 ($257,336).
Start saving those pennies, skaters.
