One sleepwalking statue in underwear has made his nightmarish way to the Big Apple.

The creepy statue that terrified Massachusetts' Wellesley College campus in back in 2014 is now haunting Manhattan in all his pale, sleepy-faced, mostly naked glory. It is installed on the High Line, an old elevated train line converted into a public park.

The statue, entitled "Sleepwalker," was meticulously sculpted by Tony Matelli and is currently a part of the Wanderlust exhibition. It features various artists exploring, "the themes of walking, journeys and pilgrimages," according to the Friends of the High Line website.

One of Mashable's photographers journeyed to the High Line to capture people's reactions to the lifelike sleepwalker and, fortunately, New Yorkers seem much less...disturbed...with the statue's presence than members of Wellesley College were.

Though the majority of people were seen shaking hands, comically posing and even snapping selfies with the statue, there were definitely some confused, slightly horrified faces. That's only to be expected.
