'SNL' just gave us the 'Walking Dead'-'Chappelle's Show' crossover of our dreams

No surprise. Clayton Bigsby is a Trump supporter.

At first, Dave Chappelle wasn't planning on reviving any of his Chappelle's Show characters on Saturday Night Live, but then The Walking Dead went and killed Glenn, and all bets were off.

Ten years after the iconic comedy series left the air, Chappelle dusted off some of his most beloved Chappelle's Show personalities as part of a spoof of the zombie show.

Chappelle, dressed as Negan, lords over a lineup of potential victims including Tyrone Biggums, Lil Jon, black white supremacist Clayton Bigsby (sporting a "Make America Great Again" hat, natch), Silky Johnson and white anchorman Chuck Taylor.

Thankfully, even decapitation can't keep Tyrone down. He actually manages to dodge Negan's hits before delivering an inspiring message to us all in the wake of the election.

"And that is how we as a nation begin to heal, through laughing together," he says. "For even though our country seems irrevocably severed, like a man from his head, let my example prove that we should continue to move forward.

"Let us see ourselves in one another, for only empathy can conquer hate. I am every man. I am every woman. It’s all in me. Anything you want done, baby, I do it naturally."

Well said, Tyrone.
