Jon Snow may know nothing, but boy are we hoping Game of Thrones star Kit Harington understands what he got himself into.

Considering the promo for Harington hosting the April 6 episode of Saturday Night Live involves Leslie Jones having him pelted with doughnuts and shamed, Cersei Lannister style, you can bet The Prince That Was Promised will be on the receiving end of at least a few Thrones jokes come airtime.

How far the comedy powerhouse will take those zingers remains to be seen, but if the show's track record and SNL fans' appetites for Thrones roasting is any indication -- it'll be quite the sight.

To prepare ourselves for a new helping of comedy scorchers, we've been binging past SNL Thrones sketches and have pulled a few of our favs for you to enjoy. Ranked in order of general hilarity, here are 6 Game of Thrones SNL sketches you can watch right now.

6. Weekend Update with Sam and Gilly, aired 5/2/15

Samwell Tarly (Bobby Moynihan) and Gilly the Wilding (Vanessa Bayer) stop by the Weekend Update desk to chat with Colin Jost and offer their perspectives on coping with fame, fighting off fans, and remaining grounded.

Best line: Gilly: "We're normal people. We met in a normal way. My ex tried to sacrifice my baby to a ghost, but Sam went to the killing stump and saved him! Oh, he hates when I talked about my ex."

Sam: "Yeah, cause your ex is your father."

5. Weekend Update with George R.R. Martin, aired 4/5/14

George R.R. Martin (Bobby Moynihan) pops by the Weekend Update desk to give Cecily Strong a status update on his writing process.

Best line: "Do you have any idea how hard it is to name 1,000 characters? Sure, they all start off cool, like Daenerys and Sandor Clegane. But at some point, all I could muster was Jaime and Rob."

4. Khal Drogo's Ghost Dojo, aired 12/8/18

Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa) and blood-rider Zerbo (Kenan Thompson) host an episode of "Khal Drogo's Ghost Dojo," a warm talkshow only available on Dothraki Public Access -- with special guests Hodor, the High Sparrow, Brienne of Tarth, King Joffrey, Olenna Tyrell, and Oberyn Martell.

Best line: "If you like Elf on the Shelf, get ready for Khal on the Wall. He knows if you've been naughty, and he'll kill you!"

3. Jon Snow is resurrected, aired 05/07/16

The SNL cast offers a new perspective on Jon Snow's never-ending resurrection scene, with Captain Marvel star and host Brie Larson in tow.

Best line: "No, it is not going to happen because he is super dead. On a scale of 1 to 10, he is like a 10 of dead."

2. Game of Thrones: Season 6 Sneak Peek, aired 04/02/16

Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke (Kate McKinnon) take HBO fans behind the scenes of Game of Thrones: Season 6, showing off just what it takes to make Thrones' action come to life.

Best line: "Are we gonna get a bathroom break anytime soon? I gotta bust a piss."

1. Game of Game of Thrones

Game show host OJ Sampson (Bill Hader) invites three contestants to play the Game of Thrones quiz show, "Game of Game of Thrones." Unfortunately, one contestant (Zach Galifianakis) gets a little unlucky with the questions.

Best line: "The Lannisters are the wealthiest family in Westeros. But let's say, they want to put their money in a Roth IRA. Duncan, what is a Roth IRA?"

Those 6 sketches should tide you over for a bit, but here's hoping for even more Westeros parody as Thrones Season 8 kicks off and SNL Season 44 rolls on. Oh, and good luck, Kit!!
