Warning: Game of Thrones spoilers ahead

Saturday Night Live writers channelled the frustration of Game of Thrones fans everywhere this week.

SNL took on Jon Snow's inevitable return to life and the slow, excruciating pace show watchers had to endure before our Lord Commander took that awakening gasp.

"But wait, does Jon Snow have to be...have to be dead," a Snow supporter says, standing in front of his lifeless body.

But to the side, Cecily Strong and Oscar-winning guest host Brie Larson are there to stump for fans who want the show to move on from Castle Black. Just wake him up, already!

"No, he doesn't, so let's wake him up and pop him on a horse and go fight someone or something," Strong suggests.
