Just in time for summer, 20-year-old Blake Pyron is about to become the king of cold treats in his Texas hometown.

During high school, Pyron adored his job at a barbecue restaurant. Unfortunately, he was left unemployed when it closed down shortly after graduation.

So he decided to make himself the boss. Later this week, he'll cut the ribbon at Blake's Snow Shack, his very own snow cone truck in Sanger, Texas.

When the stand opens permanently, Pyron will be the youngest business owner in Sanger. He'll also be the only business owner with Down syndrome.

So far, the selection looks pretty delicious. Pyron's brother reportedly brainstormed the flavors, which range from standard Cherry to Pickle to something called Bug Juice. (Texans, please send reviews.)

The business was open briefly on Wednesday for a test run, but will have its grand opening May 7th.

And we bet those sweet Adirondack chairs will be full of happy customers.

And as the grand opening draws closer, Pyron's mother, Mary Ann, couldn't be more proud of her son.

"We were told Blake wouldn't be able to do things, and we looked past that," she told ABC 13. "You don't know us. You don't know our child, so don't label him. We haven't, and he turned out great."
