The 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly is just around the corner, and New York City will once again play host to international world leaders engaging in high-stakes discussions. Yet for the majority of us who will not be in attendance IRL, the decisions being made are of equally-high (if not higher) stakes. For us everyday global citizens, issues like climate change, poverty, and health present day-to-day challenges.
