You know what's sure to enrich your experience at any historical landmark? Snapchat's face swap feature, obviously.

Redditor csalseda, for instance, successfully face swapped with a sphinx during a trip to Egypt's Luxor Temple, and everyone ended up looking great.

Our one note: it might be time to get this sphinx a permanent pair of sunglasses.

Csalseda also wrote that all the Snapchat filters -- not just the face swap feature -- functioned perfectly for the sphinx. "I even got the Halloween one to work," he said.
