A dude in Oklahoma nearly choked out another dude over an argument about whether Star Trek or Star Wars is a "better movie."

That's according to a police report, which is hilarious/disturbing, but also disappointing because it's not nearly specific enough. We don't know which roommate was on which side, nor do we know the specific movies they were talking about.

Anyway.

Apparently the roomies got into an argument in the "living area," and then one of them went to his room. As he did so, he called the other guy a "trick."

The man who had been called a trick then shoved his roommate to the floor. The roommate stood up, said "you wanna replay that?," and was promptly shoved to the ground again.

The shoving roommate then wrapped his left arm around the other guy's neck, and the victim started losing consciousness before reaching for a pocketknife on his nightstand. He managed to open the knife, and told his attacking roommate to "back up because he would defend himself," according to the report.

Eventually, the attacking roommate listened.

He was later arrested and charged with assault and battery, as well as marijuana possession.

While there was no footage of the fight, we assume it looked something like this.
