Stephen King has some golden Thanksgiving advice for avoiding political arguments

It's almost an unwritten rule of Thanksgiving – or any family holiday event, for that matter – that at some point somebody is going to bring up the dreaded "P" word: Politics.

At this point a previously jovial affair can make the swift jump from "relaxed" to "incredibly tense" in a mere matter of seconds.

Luckily, Stephen King has your back. On Thursday morning, the horror author took to Twitter to wish everybody a happy Thanksgiving – and to share a simple, five-word get-out-of-jail-free card that's perfect for swerving the conversation away from Trump.
