When it comes to taking down Trump on Twitter, Stephen King regularly employs his full bag of writer's tricks to make sure the task is carried out as efficiently as possible.

Sometimes, though, all he needs is a well-placed quote.

Following Trump and Putin's summit in Helsinki earlier this week, the horror master took to Twitter to quote George Orwell.

That quote is from the end of Orwell's Animal Farm. An explanation of the quote can be found here, but essentially it refers to the idea that the pigs have become just as bad as the humans -- the idea of new tyrants replacing old tyrants and becoming interchangeable.

Orwell wasn't the only person King quoted, either.

Oh, and if you were wondering what his overall thoughts are on the best thing to do with Trump going forward, this tweet makes his views fairly clear.

Can't really say it straighter than that.
