In case you were in any doubt, yes, Stevie Nicks loved Daisy Jones and the Six.

The Queen of Rock and Roll posted a genuinely moving review of the Prime Video series released in March, an adaptation of Taylor Jenkins Reid's bestselling novel that was inspired by and parallels the story of Nicks' own Fleetwood Mac

"Just finished watching Daisy Jones + the 6 for the 2nd time," Nicks wrote on Instagram. "In the beginning, it wasn't really my story, but Riley seamlessly, soon became my story.

"It brought back memories that made me feel like a ghost watching my own story. It was very emotional for me."

The series parallels the dazzling rise, tempestuous politics, and eventual spilt of the eponymous band, one widely known as a proxy for Nicks' own Fleetwood Mac — Reid was inspired to write the book after watching Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham's now iconic 1997 live performance of Rumours classic "Landslide". In the show, lead actor Riley Keough plays homage to Nicks as frontwoman Daisy, with Sam Claflin as a Buckingham-inspired frontman/guitarist Billy Dunne.

Keough reacted to Nicks' post with understandable emoji: "😍😍😍😱😱😱😱😱🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏"

In her post, Nicks paid tribute to her friend, Fleetwood Mac keyboardist and singer Christine McVie, who died in November last year after a stroke.

"I just wish Christine could have seen it," Nicks wrote. "She would have loved it."

Notably, Nicks' stamp of approval ended with something Daisy Jones and the Six's producers Hello Sunshine, Reese Witherspoon's production company, could potentially take to the bank, as the music legend wrote of the show, "Hopefully it will continue..."

Daisy Jones and the Six was released as a limited series and Amazon hasn't officially announced a second season, though the show's creators Scott Neustadter and Lauren Neustadter aren't writing anything off.

“We’re not giving up,” Lauren Neustadter told Variety. “I believe they will perform. The question is when.”
