Well, it's better than manspreading.
Imgur user SickOfFeelingNumb shared a photo of a woman crossing her legs into a spiral on the subway, and the internet is reacting all over the spectrum.

The verdict?
Mashable and the internet have a lot in common - some test subjects reacted with horror, and some didn't find it all that weird. Some guinea pigs were able to twist with ease, and some had trouble.
Either way, it always looks silly on camera.
