Sure, the Super Bowl is all about "the big game." But more importantly, it's all about the commercials. This is the time of year when brands pull out the stops to create their wildest, most show-stopping advertisements yet.

Like in football, not every commercial can be a winner. But if you're looking for the most outstanding ads this year's Super Bowl had to offer, you've come to the right place.

Here, in no particular order, are the best ads from Super Bowl LVII:

PopCorners

Breaking Bad gets a snack-tastic reboot in this commercial that sees Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul reprising their roles as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman. Come for the Breaking Bad references — of course "say my name" gets a shout out — stay for Cranston and Paul's unwavering commitment to the bit.

Uber One

Uber asks Diddy to write a hit to advertise Uber One, and so begins what can only be described as the "We Are the World" of One Hit Wonders. Montell Jordan, Kelis, Donna Lewis, and Haddaway reprise their greatest jams, but the most out of left field has to be Norwegian comedy duo Ylvis. Hearing "What Does the Fox Say" in 2023? Stranger things have happened.

Squarespace

I'm already a fan of one Adam Driver, but this Squarespace ad gives us an infinite amount of Adam Drivers. Driver believes Squarespace to be the singularity, since it is a website that makes websites and could theoretically make itself. Sci-fi cloning shenanigans ensue. You did it, Adam Driver.

Rakuten

Alicia Silverstone returns as Cher Horowitz in Rakuten's homage to Clueless. Dressed in her iconic yellow plaid outfit, Cher debates her classmate Amber (Erica Donovan, reprising her role) and triggers a major bout of nostalgia in audiences everywhere.

Doritos

Doritos always brings their A-game to Super Bowl commercials, and this year's is no different. Inspired by Doritos' triangular shape, Jack Harlow kicks off a worldwide triangular obsession. Also, Elton John appears. Why not?

Sam Adams

In this commercial for its brighter Boston lager, Sam Adams dares to ask, "what if Boston was a brighter place?" Apparently, everyone would be a lot nicer to each other, and Bostonians would embrace New Yorkers with open arms. Tragically, it's all a dream.

Dunkin' Donuts

Not to be outdone by Sam Adams, Dunkin' Donuts also leans into its Bostonian roots. Here, Ben Affleck serves customers at a Dunkin' drive-thru. Reactions to Affleck range from excitement to indifference to taking selfies together. And to cap it all off, Jennifer Lopez makes a cameo.

Blue Moon

Super Bowl ads get meta in this commercial, which opens with a squabble between a Miller Lite spokesperson and a Coors Lite spokesperson. Things take a turn for the wacky as the spokespeople launch into a high-octane fight to secure this as their commercial. In the end, Blue Moon prevails — although since all three beers are owned by the same company, this is basically just one big ad for Molson Coors. A three-for-one special, if you will.

The Farmer's Dog

If you're looking for a Super Bowl ad that will make you cry, look no further than this tearjerker. Watch as a woman and her dog grow up together, from puppy's first walks to senior dog snuggles. It may be a commercial, but it's also a sweet tribute to man's best friend.

Busch

What starts as a Busch commercial quickly turns into a spoof of Sarah McLachlan's ads for the ASPCA. It doesn't make me want a beer, but it does get McLachlan's "Angel" stuck in my head. Sing it with me: "In the arms of an angel..."

GM x Netflix

Will Ferrell and a series of increasingly, absurdly sleek electric vehicles invade the worlds of various Netflix shows in this cross-promotional spot. Worth it for the cameo from our queen, Erica from Stranger Things, alone (OK, fine, and Ferrell's Dustin costume).

This story was updated throughout the Super Bowl broadcast to reflect the addition of more commercials.
