Eric Kripke, creator of the 13-season behemoth that is Supernatural, yesterday acted as hype-man for the female-led spinoff Wayward Sisters.

Okay, let's take a closer look at that list.
As Kripke points out, many of these ideas did indeed get turned into episodes. However, there are a few here that Supernatural's voracious fanficcers need to get on right now, because honestly "Kentucky Goblins" needs to happen.
Who knows, maybe the heroines of Wayward Sisters will get to combat some of the horrors that never ended up materialising in the saga of the Winchesters.
