Lunch decisions are hard, and if you are like us you spend more time umming and ahhing over what you want as opposed to actually eating.

If you have a love for sushi and burgers, there are geniuses out there who have put these foods together. It's called the sushi burger, and our mouths just watered.

Food blog "So Beautifully Raw" has brought this union of two excellent foods to our attention, featuring this delicious-looking vegan sushi burger with avocado, pickled ginger, red cabbage, mayo and teriyaki "chicken" -- which is actually jackfruit.

While "So Beautifully Raw" admits on its Instagram post that this can be "messy to eat" -- advising people to use a fork or chopsticks -- it would definitely be more exciting to try and eat it like a burger.

It's not the first time the sushi burger has been experimented with. Barcelona-based food blogger Carmen Martínez shared a photograph of a delectable chicken katsu sushi burger on her Instagram account, condospalillos, in February.

Featuring a Japanese curry sauce and seaweed garnish, we'd like to put this down our mouths now, please. If you're keen, here's a recipe -- albeit in Spanish.

Of course, if you're lazy like many of us, and can't be bothered with the whole cooking thing, there are restaurants serving up sushi burgers.

One place is J's Cafe in Melbourne, Australia, which has been serving up different combinations of the sushi burger -- including this soft shell crab version which looks like an absolute mouthful.

Throughout the hype, let's not forget the godfather of sushi burgers. Japan's MOS Burger is a fast food chain that has been pumping out its famous rice burger since 1987 -- like your typical burger, just with buns made of tightly packed rice.

Although lacking ingredients that you'd typically find in a sushi, such as raw fish, you can't dismiss these burgers as being anything else but Japanese.

Inside you'll find fillings such as fried ebi (shrimp), yakiniku-style meat and even kimchi. Now you know what you're having, or dreaming of, for lunch.
