This YouTuber is the realest damn thing to happen to 'beauty vlogging'

Who would have thunk that the viral beauty blog of the moment would be from someone who knows nothing about beauty?

Tanya Hennessy is a radio host based in Canberra, Australia, and her recent, refreshingly honest beauty "how to" went viral because, well, it's so damn real.

In it, the funny AF 31-year-old says things like "I've had [this brush] since 2002 and I've never washed it," and whispers "I have no idea what I'm doing."

You and us both, girl.

Perhaps it's the fact that she's "boringly normal," as she told news.com.au recently. Perhaps it's the candid moments in her videos -- like yelling "I'm filming!" at her boyfriend in the background. Perhaps it's that her videos (all of them, really) relish in those awkwardly relatable behind-closed-doors encounters in the lives of young women.

Either way, she's winning plenty of praise.
