Taylor Swift sent a nice gift to a teen who invited her to her graduation party

Taylor Swift is very busy doing whatever she is doing right now, so she was not able to attend her fan Ashley's graduation party. But, according to Twitter, she did send the next best thing -- flowers and a handwritten note.

Ashley -- @AshSilv13 on Twitter -- tweeted a photo of the gift on Saturday. "I INVITED TAYLOR TO MY GRADUATION PARTY AND SHE SENT ME FLOWERS AND THIS CARD," she wrote.

On the left side of the card, there's a little pic of Ashley against the NYC skyline -- a fitting doodle considering Ashley's Twitter bio is a lyric from "Welcome to New York." And on the right side, Swift wrote a note.

“Ashley, Hi love!" it says. "I’m so sad that I can’t make it to your graduation party! The New York theme, the photo booth, it being on the 13th ... that’s my kinda party.

"I’m so proud of you, your hard work and dedication, your excitement and ambition. I’m very lucky that a girl like you cares about me. Sending you my love and hugs (and to your family!), Taylor."

Needless to say, Ashley was thrilled.
