Taylor Swift and Nelly performed a duet for Karlie Kloss' birthday
Taylor Swift has finally reemerged from the murky waters of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian related scandal that has flooded the internet in recent weeks—and we have Nelly to thank for it.
First she appeared on social media last week, announcing that she's still alive with a video of her cat. Then we heard her sing again.
Over the weekend, Swift helped celebrate her BFF Karlie Kloss' 24th birthday. And, according to reports from Hollywood Gossip, was convinced to go on stage and sing one of the rapper's early hits.

The cellphone footage, posted on Twitter fan accounts, shows Swift taking on Kelly Rowland's part in Nelly's 2002 track "Dilemma" and strutting across the stage in The Hamptons before kissing someone on the cheek.
She posted a shoutout to the birthday lady on Instagram as well, calling her "an exquisite person, always trying to make things better for others."
This isn't the first time T.S. and Nelly have shared a stage. During her 1989 tour, Nelly joined her and HAIM sisters. They performed "Hot in Herre," complete with choreographed dance moves for the St. Louis audience.

But while we're talking about "Dilemma," let's not forget that the music video gave us the classic clip of Kelly Rowland texting via Microsoft Excel, and for that, we'll forever be thankful for this song.
