Taylor Swift breaks Twitter silence to discuss Olympic girl power
Taylor Swift does not want to be excluded from the Olympic narrative — she loves Taymerica far too much.
Specifically, she loves the badass U.S. women's gymnastics team, which tumbled away with the gold medal in this week's team competition.
Clearly brimming with Tay-triotism, Swift tweeted her congratulations to Gabby Douglas, Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, Madison Kocian and Laurie Hernandez — her first tweet since Kim Kardashian Snapchatted her now-infamous phone call with Kanye West.
