Luke Blanock was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare bone cancer, in December 2013. Last week, his beloved hometown of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania banded together to give him and his girlfriend, Natalie Britvich, the wedding of their dreams.

According to a GoFundMe page set up by Blanock's father, Kurt, the 18-year-old has undergone 24 rounds of chemotherapy since his diagnosis — along with more than 100 radiation treatments. But even during the treatment, Kurt wrote, "Luke didn't let cancer stop him from enjoying life."

In fact, Blanock played full seasons of baseball and basketball during his treatment — and always made time for Natalie.

The wedding was attended by 200 of the couple's friends, classmates and neighbors. Blalock was ecstatic: In fact, his dad told ABC News that his son was even able to walk down the aisle sans crutches.

And the best part? Nearly all of the wedding supples — flowers, the reception hall, even nearly 120 dozen cookies — were donated by members of the community.

"I've never seen the [Blanock] family as happy as they were that day," wedding planner Ashley Cyprowski said. "Luke was so high energy, he was just glowing."
