Nice sunsets, awful slogans.

When looking for somewhere to go on holiday, you might consider things like affordability and even Instagram-ability. But one you'd probably never consider is a country's tourism slogan.

And that's a good thing, because nearly all of them are terrible.

Go on, just try and feign excitement over Tunisia's "I feel like Tunisia."

Maybe you should go ahead and "Travel in Slovakia -- good idea." Or else "Think Hungary -- more than expected."

British travel website Family Break Finder, has compiled the whole world's tourism campaign slogans in one very neat map.

The tragedy is that many of these marketing slogans would've been whittled down from dozens of choices -- going from board, to executive, to committee before being approved and slapped on an advertisement.

Like "All Within Your Reach," the U.S. tourism's slogan. It's dull, but at least it's not as cheesy as St Kitts and Nevis' slogan "Follow Your Heart."

Nigeria's modesty however, is palpable in it's slogan "Good people, great nation." Ditto with the geographically accurate "Europe's West Coast" that fronts brand Portugal.

Or even Jordan's rather terse motto, "Yes, it's Jordan."

A number of countries sell themselves on being enduring: Like Vietnam's "Timeless Charm," Greece "All Time Classic," or Macedonia's "Macedonia Timeless."

Some countries have gone for the pun, like Djibouti's "Djibeauty," Morocco's "Much Mor" or Ukraine's "It's all about U."

Other countries aren't shy with their bold claims: "Dominican Republic has it all," Honduras' "Everything is here," or Australia's "There's NOTHING like Australia."

Yes, they're terrible. But fortunately, most of us never really notice anyway.
